NAJUS, a Non-profit Youth Development Organization registered by the Department of Youth Development(DYD) in 2021 [Registration no.146] to transform the ever-growing youth population into skilled manpower contributing to Bangladesh’s economic and social development. The majority of our population is youth and youth unemployment is a threat to our country's development. As the young population grows, a significant portion of them remain unemployed thanks to the outdated syllabus and lack of skills to pose any value to the job market. NAJUS provides vocational training to the youth population so that their skills are adequate for the job market. We deliver educational, professional, and technological skill development training to empower young individuals. Our mission is to nurture entrepreneurs, support small business formation, and create employment opportunities.

NAJUS operates on four main visions: Building an educated and skilled youth network, empowering entrepreneurship for employment generation, implementing green initiatives for social and environmental development, and carrying out sustainable development to end poverty nationwide. NAJUS helps young people to better themselves and to better the nation. It has 64 Branches, 256 Staff, 6400 volunteers & it has grown to reach 5 million people across the country.
